Returns & Exchanges

The Gold Buyers of Pittsburgh sells coins, pre-owned jewelry as well as timepieces.  All jewelry, timepieces and coins are sold “as-is.”  No factory warranties are given or implied.  

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, your items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the purchase date If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A sales slip must accompany all refunds and exchanges.

We cannot refund or exchange any worn, adjusted or damaged products.

In order to thoroughly process your return, we will require a proof of purchase or a receipt.

REFUNDS

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to tell you that we have your returned item. We will also inform you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve your refund, then we will process it. A credit will automatically apply to your credit card or initial payment method, within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING

In order to return your product, mail it to: The Diamond & Gold Buyers of Pittsburgh, 1116 Freeport Rd, Fox Chapel, PA 15238.

It is your responsibility to pay for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot absolutely guarantee whether we will receive your returned item.
